We offer an open plan lounge/kitchen/dining, off street parking, spacious rear garden courtyard and 2BRs sleeping up to five guests (QB/DB/SB). The Bay of Fires, Freycinet, wineries, mountain biking and a whole lot of fresh air are all within easy reach. Did we mention no traffic lights either?

The unit is part of our property which privately sits below our residence with private entrance and plenty of car parking. The unit comprises of 1 bedroom with bathroom/laundry and a separate toilet. Located in the Scamander Sanctuary this brand new 3 bedroom home offers open plan living, spacious kitchen and a luxurious bathroom. The front of the house boasts stunning ocean and sanctuary views making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The home is well equipped for a maximum of 5 adults with all you will need for a relaxing break away including a new heat pump which easily heats or cools the entire house.
