Whitby B&B with parking and continental breakfast

Located on the edge of Whitby this is a large sunny bedroom with an en-suite. We are about 20 mins walk into town and 5 mins from Sneaton Castle. The bed is a very comfortable double. The en-suite has a toilet, shower and pretty gold glass washbasin set on natural oak. The floor has underfloor heating giving you warm feet. We give you a nice continental breakfast served in the comfort of your own bedroom. There is a parking space on our drive. Just to be aware, we do have a friendly dog, Daisy.

Ideally situated in a quiet village, 3 miles from Leeds Bradford Airport, and 9 miles from Leeds City Centre, Harrogate and Ilkley. A list of local restaurants etc and there is a pub in the village.We are on a major bus route and Horsforth train station is 4 miles away. We are always around if you need anything - just ask!

Just 5 minutes from the historic town of Whitby, Groves Hall is a haven of tranquillity. Built in 1750,and Grade II Listed it is set in seven acres, with mature and well laid gardens, which take advantage of the views over the Esk Valley and River Esk. The rental is for the East Wing of the house with its own front door. Artist’s home, Guest Suite, Tadcaster

We moved to this characterful house in Tadcaster 4 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This room is on the first floor and is en-suite. We are near several wedding venues & Bramham Park for events and happy to host families with little children on the sofabed and dogs if they’re ok with our cat? We also have a local taxi minibus for booking. Tadcaster is halfway between Leeds & York with many local historic towns for exploring or a great stopover on longer journeys.

Welcoming bright double room in beautiful Skelton.

Bright airy room in family home in the pretty village of Skelton, 3 miles from York. Wonderful bathroom for your sole use with a bath and a powerful shower. Complimentary tea and coffee with a kettle and a cool box so you are only ever two minutes away from a hot drink. A word or two about cats…. There are 3 of them here and they are very nosy! This house is very clean but there may be the odd hair thanks to the fluff balls. Those with allergies should probably book elsewhere.

You will have access to the shared spaces in the rest of the house, including two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), a well equipped kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, bar area, gym and garden- shared with myself and usually other guest/ guests. Towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, will be provided.
