Relax in a brand new luxury hot tub in our perfectly located holiday home. From Seaside Escapes it is just a 5 min walk to Peasholm Park and just a 10 min walk to the beach and the town centre. Nearby attractions in walking distance include the Open-Air Theatre, the Alpamare Water Park and numerous lovely restaurants and cafes. Our home is perfect for a couples getaway or a family visit in sunny Scarborough with lots of free parking outside the property. Free parking scratch cards provided!

Vere House-Apt 1, spacious, King bed, fab location

Vere House Apartments have been lovingly restored with a comfortable/quirky retro theme. They are larger than average in this area and are situated in a prime tourist location just 5-10 minutes from North Bay beach and 15 minutes from the town centre. All Scarborough's amenities are within walking distance. Apt 1 is ideal for 6 guests but 8 can be accommodated by setting up the sofa bed in bedroom 1 (small surcharge). Also look at the larger apartment 2 or even the whole house sleeping 14.

This is a stylish and peaceful hideaway by the sea, nestling in the beautiful old town area of Scarborough. Dating back to 1730 this Georgian town house was the Dairy for the Old Town. The fully self contained basement flat has been renovated to a very high standard. There is underfloor heating throughout, and a wood burning stove in the living room. The flat has a living and dining area, breakfast bar, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary shower room and very comfortable double bedroom.

Walk to the beach for surf lessons, ride the miniature railway, explore the Sea Life Centre or bounce across giant inflatables at the North Yorkshire Water Park, just 20 minutes’ drive away. Families are fully catered for with travel cot, highchair, safety gates and children’s crockery.

This delightful 1st floor apartment is located in the North Bay area of Scarborough. The Georgian bow windows offer views of St Peter’s Church, and the famous Scarborough Castle walls. Spectacular views over Scarborough’s North Bay and access to the beach are a few seconds walk. Scarborough town centre is a short walk, with a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, shops and event venues. The railway station is a short 20 minute walk and there is a good bus and taxi service.

The apartment is situated on the cliff top of North Bay, with a lovely sea view. A 20 second walk brings you to the cliff top benches where you can sit and take in the stunning view of the bay and the castle. We are a 5min walk from the beach and 10min to the town centre. It’s on the ground floor of our 5 storey Victorian terrace family home. It is separate from the rest of the house so you’ll have full privacy. There’s plenty of space and the location is amazing!

The accommodation is a top floor apartment with beautiful views over the North Bay, including the castle. Access is via lift from the gated parking area where there is an allocated space. Prospective guests with impaired mobility should be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor, and should evacuation be necessary due to fire, the only exit route is via the stairs.
