A fully equipped kitchen, beautiful hardwood floors, central air, flat screen TV and a stone fireplace make your stay fun and exciting all year long. This lovely home is a very short walk to the ocean; 1.5 - 2 miles from town and state beaches; less than 10 mins. from the Block Island Ferry and 20 mins. from Newport. Come and enjoy the sights and activities of Narragansett, RI!

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

Private entrance to East Matunuck beach is just a two minute walk down the street. There is ample parking for 3-4 cars . This house has 1 queen size bedroom and one twin with trundle on the lower level (both bedrooms with TVs). The lower level also houses the living room with large screen TV, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry.
