Whitby B&B with parking and continental breakfast

Located on the edge of Whitby this is a large sunny bedroom with an en-suite. We are about 20 mins walk into town and 5 mins from Sneaton Castle. The bed is a very comfortable double. The en-suite has a toilet, shower and pretty gold glass washbasin set on natural oak. The floor has underfloor heating giving you warm feet. We give you a nice continental breakfast served in the comfort of your own bedroom. There is a parking space on our drive. Just to be aware, we do have a friendly dog, Daisy.

Just 5 minutes from the historic town of Whitby, Groves Hall is a haven of tranquillity. Built in 1750,and Grade II Listed it is set in seven acres, with mature and well laid gardens, which take advantage of the views over the Esk Valley and River Esk. Following the retirement of the previous owners, it is now run as a room only Air B&B. There are 3 guest rooms available each offers an old world Victorian charm with the advantage of all mod cons. 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes car to Scarborough town centre or to the beach. Sports centre across the road with public indoor swimming pool, a few minutes walk away. Free parking on street, no permit required. Olivers Mount and the mere are also a 20 minute walk. Closest pub is 10 minutes walk away. Childrens park 8 minutes walk. We have a twin guest room with bathroom for private use with breakfast included, we are just over 30 mins walk to the open air theatre and 10 minutes by bus.
