Set in the heart of the North Yorkshire Moors, our newly renovated Stepping Stones Cottage is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway! The cottage is an ideal location for brides or guests attending weddings in the local area or anyone else looking to explore the beautiful countryside! The cottage boasts a spacious kitchen/dining space, open plan bedroom with dressing room area and en-suite bathroom. We are located in Lealholm, 8 miles outside of Whitby & approx 2.8miles from Danby Castle.

The Parcel Shed Gilling East

This fabulous little bolt hole is a converted, 19th century railway shed in the picture postcard village of Gilling East. Brilliantly located on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, it offers cosy and self contained , shepherds hut style accommodation less than 300 meters from a lovely country pub. Five miles from Helmsley and a short drive from Castle Howard, the Parcel Shed retains its original beams and enjoys beautiful views over the lower reaches of the Ampleforth Valley.

We are 10 minutes walkin distance to the town centre and 5mins walk to to the famous Whitby Abbey.

Sparrow Barn accommodates two adults, in an open plan modern living space, on our family farm. It offers a perfect base for a countryside holiday, whether you're wanting to explore the local area, or relax in the barn. Downstairs is a shower room, and open plan living kitchen space. Upstairs is a vaulted bedroom with king size bed. Self-contained peaceful studio, close to York

Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 15 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!

The Caravan @ Tadpole

Set in a private garden, next to Woodland and open fields, posh camping with the luxuries! 10 miles from York city, and a bus stop 15 min walk away. Pocklington is approx 3 miles away and is the nearest market town for shops. Ideal location if your ready to turn off your phone, put your feet up, and chill with nature. The Caravan can also be used with Tadpole for family reunions, Birthdays or just fiends getting together.

Millfield Cottage

Upgraded in summer 2023 with re-decorated bedroom/bed sit; brand new bathroom fitted; and kitchenette added with fridge, mini freezer, hob, convection microwave and air fryer. Come and go as you please through a private entrance and enjoy the views over Yorkshire. The annex is a completely private space attached to the main house. The main house and annex are stone-built and sit on half an acre of landscaped gardens.
