A beautiful and unique mountains escape with 6.5 acres of gardens to enjoy! Featuring a tennis court, a secret garden, meandering pathways to explore, a huge trampoline and a swing set for kids (and kids at heart), and seasonal gardens. Perfect base to explore the mountains or just have a relaxing weekend enjoying the house and grounds. NB the tennis court is great for a fun game, but not professional standard, and the piano is very old and out of tune and not playable (other than for fun).

Our place is on the river and feels like a tree house. It has its own private jetty and a beautiful outlook where you can unwind, reset and relax. Katoomba and the World Heritage listed national park are only 40mins away. We are surrounded by beautiful gum trees which host an array of birdlife. There are local bush walks to explore or curl up on the lounge and read a book. A glass of wine on the verandah on sunset is always a lovely way to unwind.

This unique Church has been restored beautifully and is a place to relax and unwind.
