We are close to the snowmobile trails, Catskill Scenic Trail, & Utsayantha Mountain! The apartment is large and open and when you walk in you will see a full kitchen, bedroom, and bath. Perfect place to come and enjoy The Catskills!

The building centrally located in the village of Middleburgh where everything you need is a few steps away and outdoor activities are endless. The ground floor is home to Middleburgh Coffee Company and with each night booked we offer 1 free drip coffee drink on us in the morning.

Enjoy a one bedroom apartment with a private entrance. Head up the old rear staircase around the back of a quaint 100 year old farmhouse. Stairs are a little steep. There is a kitchenette with a two burner stove, sink and under counter fridge. There is one full bath with a shower stall. In the living area there is a day bed with an extra twin mattress underneath. There is wireless internet for your use as well. It is 25 minutes to ski areas.

The property is close to the Catskill Scenic trail, many other trailheads and close to a few ski mountains.

This is a private bedroom in a Yoga studio. Yoga classes (private or join a group), Thai Massage or other available therapies must be booked with reservation.
