Das Landhaus Bürkle besteht aus einem Gebäudeensemble: Es gibt ein Haupt- und ein Nebengebäude mit insgesamt 7 Wohnungen. Das schindelgedeckte Jagdhaus verfügt über fünf Apartments und einem großen Aufenthaltsraum . Das Nebenhaus hat zwei weitere, größere Wohnungen. Eingebettet in einen parkähnlich angelegten Garten.
