My house is situated in beutifull town in small distance from Bratislava.(20min) Area is very private with all new-build houses around, very close to vineyards and woods close by. It' s suitable for 6people. Downstairs area consists from one large open living area with large sofa, television and kitchen with all equipments, dishwasher,fridge-freezer,oven,microwave and all electrical appliances needed. Upstairs have 3 large bedrooms. Every bedroom have a smart TV. One Bathroom with bath,shower,toilet and washing machine. The house is perfect for larger families,group of people,couples or alone travelers for holiday or business trip, good for few-days stay, longer stay. Outside have a large garden with small swimming-pool,large patio with BBQ grill,lovely sitting area for summer days.

Our stylish country home is perfect for group trips and family gatherings. Originally an inn for travelers visiting the mill, the home retains original features such as wood flooring, doors and windows and showcases a collection of local 18th-19th century furnishings. In summer, the back garden is a perfect, cool place to enjoy meals, pick fruit and lie in the sun. In winter, the living room is perfect for large gatherings. 5 bedrooms sleep 12 or more. Wheelchair-bound owner=house is accessible.

Chata je na okraji klidné chatové osady v lese nad přehradou, k vodě je to 150 m stezkou ze stráně, nebo terénním vozem či pěšky 400m po lesní cestě. K dispozici Hot-tube, gril, krb s udírnou i loď pro 5 osob. Ubytování je vhodné i pro celou rodinu včetně pejsků. Kozlanská pláž (400m), Koněšínská pláž (800m), přístaviště parníků. OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Zažite romantický východ slnka nad jazerom, alebo nerušene pozorujte vodné vtáctvo z bezprostrednej blízkosti a ak chcete z pohodlia postele:) Ateliér na jazere je pôvodne ateliér architekta - autora objektu. Pracovnú funkciu ateliéru teraz vystriedala funkcia rekreačná a poskytuje možnosť ochutnať výnimočnú architektúru v malom objeme, osadenej tesne nad hladinou jazera aj vám. S oblou zadnou stenou Ateliéru a v mäkkých perinách sa budete cítiť ako v útulnom peliešku:)

Pokud hledáte tak trochu jiný byt, mix retra s novým, barevný a vzorovaný svět, tak jste u nás správně. K dispozici Vám bude neobyčejný, vyšperkovaný, ale taky útulný třípokojový byt ve čtvrtém patře s úžasným výhledem na mikulovský zámek a Svatý kopeček. Pokud sdílíte vášeň pro kola, přijeďte a my Vám je bezpečně uschováme ve sklepě. Parkoviště 7 min chůze od bytu, placené 50 Kč/den. Turistický poplatek 50 Kč/den + osoba je třeba uhradit hotově při check-in.

Our beautiful country house is nicely located at the heart of the Lednice-Valtice area, an UNESCO protected region famous for its wines, its palaces and its natural environment. The house is 10 minutes walk from the main square of Valtice, where you can find cafes and restaurants, but conveniently located at the edge of the village, surrounded by wines and fields, and just at the start of the popular wine route.
