Die Talstation der Gondelbahn "ROTE 8ER" die Sie ins Skigebiet der Ski Amadé bringt ist nur 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt mit direktem Einstieg in die 160 km lange Tauernloipe. Die ideale Lage in Wagrain für einen Urlaub mit der ganzen Familie.

Das Apartment liegt in einer ruhigen und zentralen Sackgasse, nur wenige Minuten von Restaurants, Geschäften und dem malerischen Stadtzentrum entfernt.

Neben der standardgemäßen Ausstattung wie zum Beispiel Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Backrohr... steht Ihnen natürlich gratis W-lan und ein Parkplatz direkt neben dem Gebäude zur Verfügung.

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Many exciting destinations, whether in summer or winter, can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Cycling and hiking trails, the family ski area Monte Popolo, as well as the cross-country ski run and winter hiking trail are in the immediate vicinity.

Studio apartment suitable for a couple looking to spend a few days in the mountains. The Studio is 18sqm large and is equipped with a large double bed, a small dining table, a basic kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The Studio is located on the second floor. There is no balcony. Please note that we are located in Werfenweng, a mountain village in Salzburg state but not in the city of Salzburg!!
