Located in the middle of an intact, unspoiled nature by the river Rhein and not too far away from some of Switzerlands gems. This is the ideal location for an active or passive break of 2 to 7 days in order to relax, do sports and go sightseeing. Come and visit us, we would be pleased to spoil you.

Nested on a small hill our lovely secluded Black Forest Chalet with garden offers stunning lake views. Less than 1 minute to the lake! Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturday to Saturday bookings during high season form May 30th until September 5th.

Unsere Gäste verfügen über eine eigene Wohnung, die jedoch immer nur an eine Partie vermietet wird. Sie verfügt über zwei Doppelbetten und ein Einzelbett. Babybett auf Wunsch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, erreichbar über Treppen (kein Lift), dafür sehr ruhig und mit toller Aussicht auf Munot, Rhein und Schaffhausen. Die Stadt Schaffhausen ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplatz für Ihr Auto wird Ihnen von uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Grosse Dachterrasse für ungestörtes Sonnen.

Als Freizeitaktivitäten steht das Ticiland in Stein am Rhein für die Kinder und für Jung und Alt das Conny Land im nahegelegenen Lipperswil zur Verfügung.

Unsere Unterkunft ist optimal für Paare, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern). Ein guter Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge, auch in die benachbarte Schweiz und Österreich. Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

Der Hierholzer Weiher ist Lebensraum für Libellen, Wasserinsekten, Laichplatz zahlreicher Frösche und sommerlicher Treffpunkt für Einheimische und deren Gäste. Das Chalet/Holzhaus mit großem Dachüberstand, Wintergarten und Balkon in Richtung Weiher stellt 65m² in 3,5 Zimmern zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht Alpensicht.

Diese schöne 2-Zimmer Ferienwohnung mit separaten Eingang im UG eines neuerbauten Einfamiliemhauses in Wangen liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe (2 Gehminuten) zum Bodensee. Viele schöne Ausflugsziele wie die Altstadt von Stein am Rhein (CH) & Burg Hohenklingen, die Insel Werd, der Rheinfall Schaffhausen (CH) oder der Wild- und Freizeitpark Allensbach etc. befinden sich in der Nähe.

A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
