Welcome to my lovingly designed and officially registered apartement. You live very close to the center on a quiet street. The bedroom and living room are flooded with sunlight and the kitchen looks out onto a quiet garden. The bathroom with WC and the kitchen are small but new. A high speed WIFI, Smart TV and a workstation are standard. Vienna city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Subway, restaurants and shops in 5 minutes. A parking garage for €4/day is right around the corner.

Although the studio is so cozy, that you' probably prefer to stay here and relax. No matter what your plans are, here's your base in Vienna!

Die Wohnung ist neuwertig und modern möbliert und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt: Nespresso Maschine, Küche mit allen Geräten, großer Smart TV, schnelles WLAN, Waschmaschine etc. In nur 7 Minuten erreicht man man die Wiener Innenstadt. Die Lage ist optimal für einen Städtetrip. Die nächste Haltestelle ist nur 50 meter entfernt.

Entdecke Wien um die Jahrhundertwende: In unserem klassischen Wiener Gründerzeithaus, habe ich dieses Studio mit liebevoll ausgewählten historischen und modernen Einrichtungselementen gestaltet. Im Badezimmer mit Wanne und Regendusche entspannt es sich nach einem Stadtpaziergang besonders gut. Auch im Winter ist es dank Eichenparkett mit Fußbodenheizung so richtig gemütlich. Mit Frühstück und kleinen Mahlzeiten kannst du dich in der Küche mit Geschirrspüler jederzeit selbst versorgen.

This cozy 2-rooms apartment, located in one of the most upcoming viennese districts, ensures you the enjoyment of a quite experience during your stay, let alone a small green park at your glance across all the windows. This apartment will offer you a quick access through the busy wide-walking zone to the legendary 'Viktor-Alder-Markt' with its small boutiques, in addition to the new main Viennese train station and the major U1 underground line right at your disposal.

Charme and Comfort at "B&B am Park"

Our "B&B am Park" has been completely renovated this summer. It is the perfect place to relax after a long sight seeing day or after a hard day at work. On request we are happy to serve you a typical Viennese breakfast (10 EUR/Person/day). The apartment is located close to the metro station U3 Rochusgasse. Many sights are in walking distance. I am happy to recommend restaurants, theaters, museums ... to make your stay a true Viennese experience!
