Urbaner Wohnkomfort trifft die üppige Natur des Naturparks Barnim. Beide zusammen schaffen den perfekten Rahmen für Ruhe, Entspannung und Entschleunigung. In wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man S-Bahn, Bus und Tram und den Park Babelsberg. Das Apartment ist ideal für Familien, kleinere Gruppen und Geschäftsreisende. Es kann sowohl kurzzeitig als auch längerfristig angemietet werden. Kostenfreie Parkmöglichkeiten befinden sich vor dem Haus. Zu dem Preis kommen noch 7,5% City Tax (Cash oder Überweisung über Airbnb zahlen).

Bäcker mit Frühstücksangebot ist zu Fuß in 5 min erreichbar, Stadtzentrum in 20 min; mit dem Auto 15 min bis Dessau-Zentrum u. 20 min bis Köthen. Ihr habt vom Treppenhaus einen direkten Zugang zur Unterkunft. Grill- u. Feuerstelle sind im Garten vorhanden. Elbe, Biosphärenreservat, Wassertretstelle u. a. bieten viele Erholungsmöglichkeiten in der Natur.

At the same time you are only a 30 minute car ride away from the Ku'damm, the main shopping area in West Berlin. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...
