The MOONLIT & SUNNY COTTAGE near Florence

IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence and Mugello is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

These upcoming 7 months will be the final season for MuseumSuite, in Jan 2027, the property will be sold and transformed into a private family residence. The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Appartamento in stile provenzale immerso tra il vigneto e gli olivi. Godrete della tranquillità della campagna a 10 km dalla città e 4 dall'autostrada. Il canto di ghiandaie e cucù faranno da colonna sonora al soggiorno mentre i caprioli brucano tra gli olivi. E' inclusa una colazione base all'italiana (caffè, tè, latte, biscotti ecc.), se invece preferite una colazione più ricca e servita al tavolo il costo è 15€ a persona (10€ da 5 a 15 anni, gratis meno di 5 anni). A Big Dream in a Little Tower.

The Tower was created in the late 1800s by an illustrious Englishman, Sir John Temple Leader, in one of the oldest and most important stone quarries belonging to the Medici family. From the same quarry were extracted many important works such as the columns of the Medici chapels, the steps of the Laurenziana library .. all just 5 km from the historic center of Florence.
