Private 3rd Floor Apt in 1908 Colonial HomeCome snuggle up in our private, cozy, and eclectic 3rd floor apartment. Our 1908 Colonial style home is located on historical Doctor's Row on Union St in Schenectady. In the bedroom there is one extremely comfy full sized memory foam bed (see reviews!), a humidifier, and a sound machine. There is also a comfy full sized futon in the living room. There is parking for one car steps away from the door.

Each season is a great time of year here, nice trees, warm apartment has great light and awesome views of the river and is directly across from isle of the Mohawks (protected nature preserve) and you will frequently see all sorts of wild life from eagles in early April, jumping fish in spring, blue herring cranes, turkeys and more. There are nice hiking areas around, like Plotters Kill Preserve.
