AGES 18+ ONLY Lochside Hostel is a backpackers accommodation with unrivalled views of Loch Ness. Daily events like Bonfires and Scottish Folk Dance Parties will bring you together with our travellers from across the World. With our own beach, you can even have a dip into the mysterious waters, but be careful, we hear there’s a monster about. We offer a great set of facilities, comfortable dorm-style bedrooms and private rooms, as well as breakfast and a shop with a small on-site bar selection.

Situated in the historic town of Dunbar on the East Lothian coast, this newly opened hostel has been designed with retro vintage flair. The eleven rooms comprise doubles, twins and a large family / group room, some rooms are ensuite. The ground floor comprises a large lounge, separate dining area and self catering kitchen. There is also a sunny courtyard with secure bike shelters and a laundry. The hostel is a few minutes from the beach, harbour , High Street and railway station.

Private room in a hostel. Kitchen, bathrooms and common areas shared with other guests. Located across from the train station and only a few minutes walk from the distillery. Situated in the former village primary school and school house set in an acre of ground. Surrounded by mountains and Loch Ericht only a few minutes walk away. Hot tub in summer house outside, available to use for a small fee during summer months of June, July and August.

We have great views, the beach, mountains, family-friendly activities, but it is a 10 minute drive to most other shops or eating establishments. This is a place to go for the mountains, beach and views, with free wifi, a powerful shower, kitchen and lounge with a log burner. YOU MUST BRING A SLEEPING BAG AND FOOD! Shared accommodation - Not suitable for under 12's.
