Outside is a front deck, back patio, chairs in the fenced area, outdoor rinse area, 2 bikes, SUP boards, beach chairs, and space to let your dog play (hypoallergenic, non-shedding, house-broken dogs only. Oceanfront cozy cottage with a total of 3 Bedrooms and 3 full Bathrooms. 3rd bedroom and 3rd full bath are located in the detached studio suite. A total of 3 queen beds. Oceanfront deck with amazing ocean views! Beautiful breathtaking views of the ocean from the kitchen and family room. Steps to the beach! Access to the beach over the sand dunes is a short walk just three houses down at the public beach access crossover. Excellent quiet location on the end of the street.

Great place, great reviews, great price

Beautifully furnished and remodeled sound front townhome located 1.5 blocks to the beach access. My home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath home (3rd bedroom set up as an additional living area to take advantage of the view of the pool and sound). 1 Queen and 2 twins. Hands on owner has rented his beach homes for 29 years and is focused on excellent customer service so that his guests have a wonderful stay! Well stocked kitchen, wifi, full size washer/dryer, community pool and pier.
