At The Bluffs unobstructed ocean views and private gardens await! Location, Style and Value - The north end is arguably the best Location on the ranch for visitors! It's closest to the town of Gualala with it's shops, markets and eating/drinking establishments. This Property can be booked online up to 6 months in advance and the calendar is always up to date! Limited to 4 guests, no pets will be considered. An adult over 21 must be present at all times. Not recommended for small children.

The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Balina: ocean views, hot tub, pets OK, remodeled

Balina is a home on the meadow with ocean views. It is a beautiful location for a relaxing getaway with friends and family. You can sometimes see whales from the deck during whale watching season, which is why the house was named "Balina," Turkish for "whale," by a previous owner. The bluffs are a 5 minute walk from the house with close access to multiple beaches. We currently stay at Balina every other month ourselves, and we care about the condition of the house very much.

Available in guest book We provide high end shampoo/conditioner, local roasted coffee from Little Green Bean, sparkling wine from Mendocino County, fresh free range chicken eggs, organic cooking oils and all of the essential cooking spices.
