Location, location, location. Literally steps to the sand from this relaxing beach abode! Just roll out of bed and walk through the tree lined tunnel straight to the boardwalk of your own fairly private beach! Bring your dogs and let them roam the huge fenced in backyard lined with live oaks and a fire pit for the family to unite. A quieter part of Folly where the surfers like to shred but still only a short while to the bars of Folly and just 15 minutes from downtown. You will love this place!!

Welcome to your vacation beach home on the southern half of Fripp Island! This home sits right beside the beach with magnificent views of the ocean. There are 2 ten foot wide porches, each equipped with rocking chairs and hammocks. The back porch sits right on the ocean and leads to an open deck seating area with shower and direct access to the beach, while the front porch has views of the marsh and unrivaled marsh sunsets.

Our pet-friendly home, and folks tell us with their wonderful reviews is a very charming and warm old island home - with recent historic designation. It's located just a few yards from the lovely 100-yard path onto the beach and is just 20 minutes from Charleston. Kitchen and dining equipment, a simple outdoor BBQ, towels, linens, laundry room. 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 8). Note: we do not provide beach towels.
