Welcome to our new 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a beautiful, tranquil setting. We are minutes away from the Kittery Outlets, Seapoint Beach, Fort Foster, Fort McClary, Pepperell Cove, Portsmouth, York beaches and Ogunquit Beach. When you arrive, you will feel at peace in our truly tranquil oasis, surrounded by nature. We abutt 87 acres of conservation land. Turkeys, deer and birds visit us daily! We are secluded, yet close to everything. Welcome to our little slice of paradise!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Beach House

Our comfortable accessory apartment is a short 5 minute walk to the beach or to the center of the Salisbury Beach business district where guests can enjoy a stroll on the newly refurbished boardwalk or visit the shops, arcades or view fireworks every Saturday night in the summer. Guests may walk to the Blue Ocean Music Hall or take a quick 2 mile drive or bike ride into the State Reservation, to our favorite place to spot seals at low tide. There are also facilities, beach and a playground.

It is on the 2nd floor,w/1 bedroom w/ a queen size bed, comfy couch in the living room , as well as an air mattress in the closet. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, Bathroom (shower only), and a living room. This rental is perfect for 1-4 people. One parking spot right on the property. A perfect place for all your Hampton Beach memories to be made!

Newly renovated top floor corner unit steps from Hampton Beach and a short 10 minute walk to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Each of our 7 rooms is inspired by each of the 7 books in our favorite magical fantasy series.

The surf shop and cafés are a 5 minute walk and the studio cottage has built in storage racks for your boards. Relax on your private deck and enjoy the breathtaking sunsets! The studio is equipped with a microwave/refrigerator, bar-sink and counter for prepping and enjoying lite meals.
