I look forward to inviting guests to enjoy and explore the beautiful surrounds of Seaford Beach. A getaway beach holiday overlooking Kananook Creek and across the road from the pristine Seaford Beach. Wake up to a sunrise view from your bed. In summer enjoy a day at the beach or in winter enjoy snuggling up front of the cosy open fire. Explore the walking tracks, wetlands, bird life, cafes, restaurants or take a drive to the Mornington Penninsula to world renown wineries and ocean beaches.

Watch miniature highlands, geese on the dams & stunning sunsets across city views from rocking chairs on The Barn's private deck. Perfect for romantic getaways, family retreats, micro weddings & bridal parties. Whatever the agenda you won't want to leave! A fabulous location within minutes drive to ideal Yarra Valley attractions such as the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie, Yarra Valley Dairy, Panton Hill Hotel, Coldstream Brewery, Rochford, Healesville Sanctuary & Four Pillars Gin Distillery.

Frankston by the Sea Hideaway

Self contained apartment in Frankston right opposite the beach. Great for a relaxing weekend away, walk, chill and enjoy all that Frankston has to offer. Basic kitchen and outdoor area with a small Weber that you can Bbq on. Lots of walking trails, bike riding paths, visit Mclelland Gallery or The Mornington Peninsula Wineries. There’s something for everyone in Frankston. The apartment is below our main residence, you have your own access down the side of the house and complete privacy.

Willow Gum Cottage

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

Yes, it has Air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi and a Netflix account is also available. EV charging available at self cost.

Our place is close to public transport, parks, and art and culture and beaches. You’ll love our place because of the tranquility, the garden, the level of comfort. We try in many ways to live as sustainably as possible. We grow some of our food and have recently added bees to our efforts to pollinate our fruit and vegetables. What the dog doesn't eat and the chickens do not devour goes into the compost centre and back on to the garden.
