Surfing Deer, Seagrove Village Market, Café Thirty-A, and The Perfect Pig are all nearby, so breakfast, lunch, dinner, and the occasional second dinner are easy to arrange. Back home, a large lot means plenty of parking and room for the whole crew. Inside, the spacious living area has comfortable seating and a large TV for movie nights, game days, or a little downtime between beach runs. The gorgeous and fully equipped kitchen is ready for family dinners, quick breakfasts, and the very important job of assembling beach snacks. There’s plenty of space to gather around while someone else does the cooking. Funny how that works. Down the hall, a large laundry room and shared bathroom sit near two guest rooms. On the opposite side of the home, a primary bedroom gives couples a little extra privacy with a king bed, large ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and French doors opening to the front deck. You'll be incredibly close to all the action and enjoyment of the beach, 30A and Seaside, yet privacy is yours the moment you need it. It’s the best of both worlds. You have access to our private pool with an option to be heated during the cooler months. We do ask a fee of $30 per day to offset our additional costs.
