My home is located in sunny Del Rey Oaks, a small quiet community with easy access to Monterey and surrounding areas. Closely located to Hwy 1 & 68, it allows for a pleasant drive to local attractions. Laguna Seca (Mazda Raceway - 6.7 m), Toro Park (10.4 m), Monterey (4.2 m), The Wharf (4 m) Pacific Grove (6.1 m), Monterey Bay Aquarium & Cannery Row (5.4 m), Carmel (7.2 m), Carmel Valley (13.5 m), Big Sur (31.4 m) Monterey Airport (2.6 m) and close to local beaches & shopping.

Close to The Monterey Bay Aquarium , art and culture, restaurants and dining and the beach. You’ll love my place because it's a detached new unit, clean and on the Monterey Peninsula. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets (Dogs only please). We consider Dogs to be part of the Family so If you would like to bring your dog (2 max), please add them as a guest. That will cover the added expense in the cleaning of the Bungalow.

A stylish home in the heart of Seaside that provides close proximity to main attraction, yet tucked away for privacy and a peaceful stay! Bring the whole family to enjoy this area and gem of a house! We are located near all attractions from The Beach to The Aquarium. The home is also close to many restaurants, Carmel, Pebble Beach, and The Monterey Fair Grounds.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

There is a guesthouse in the back, so the yard will be shared, and the driveway is available for Airbnb guests! The City of Seaside is charging a 12% tot taxes which Airbnb will collect from the guests!!
