Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room, it is right on the harbor, beautiful balcony on the second floor, large dock area that makes it feel very open, a great area with grass surrounded by a small fance, this unit is perfect for those wanting to be close to the Harbor, it has a boat dock available, 6 point tie down, if the dock is been used by the owener it still has space for a 40ft boat with a 3 point tie down on the canel side, also walking distance to d beach n harbor.
