NEW Top Floor in Upscale Riverfront Boutique Inn

Thoughtfully renovated in 2021-23, Room 2 is on the top floor of the building and features original hardwoods in the main room and heated slate floors in the bathroom. The main space is air-conditioned with a king size bed (w/high-quality linens), a kitchenette, a couch and a dining set. Windows on all sides of the rooms, including views of the Nehalem River and Coast Range. Several shared outdoor spaces to enjoy. Can be combined with Room 1 to sleep up to 5 guests. No pets, please.

Near the pier - Room 298 (patio & view)

The building located on 1140 Franklin Ave is a lovely home built in 1900 by ship builder Ferdinand Fisher and was established as a bed and breakfast in May of 1986. Astoria is such a historic town and every building has incredible architecture, history and a story. Every restoration seems to respect the era of the original structure and this reflects the beliefs of the town and its people and their commitment to Astoria’s history. I am in love with this town.

These oceanfront rooms (there are 4 different room layouts) have king beds and kitchens (oven, microwave, sink). Relax in the deep jetted tubs and near the electric fireplace. Open your door to your private patio or balcony and relax while you watch the waves. Enjoy the firepit and lawn. Hotel is pet friendly. There is a $25 pet fee per pet, per night (this will be charged separately at the hotel). Guests must be 21 years + to book.

Whalewatcher Manzanita - Pets OK (MCA#15-068)

The Whalewatcher Room is dedicated to the giants of the sea. The Captains bed, a Queen sized sleeping nook built into the wall, is surrounded by wood. This room has an electric fireplace, large Jacuzzi tub and a queen sleeper sofa. This is a child and pet friendly room with a limit of 2 pets and $30 per pet, per night plus tax fee. Extra guest fee: After 2 guests, $20 per person.

We are conveniently located on the quieter end of Seaside on Ave U. We are steps away from the beach & right on Seaside's famous Promenade. Enjoy easy access to popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. We are a 10-15 minute walk up the prom to downtown or a 3 minute car ride.

Located at the Sandy Cove Inn, the Jacuzzi Suite is our one-of-a-kind luxury suite. This room has one queen bed in a separate bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room, a kitchenette with microwave, a large jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, and a great bistro balcony with peek of the ocean view.
