It has a master bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen upstairs and a studio with bathroom and laundry privately located downs stairs. It has under roof parking. The home is located in the eclectic community of Kalapana Seaview Estates. Only 3/4 of a mile walk to Kehena black sands beach. Pohoiki beach is about a 10 min drive which is the newly created black sands beach from recent lava flow.
