This is a great place to vacation whether you prefer the private sandy beach, the A/C inside complete with Smart TV cable and Wifi, or the hottub! Sip a drink at the bar while watching the game or use the grill on the deck but be sure to use the built in sound system to play your music throughout the house and deck.

There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

We have the fortune of bald eagles in several tall pines. Turtles sunning on doting rocks and lily pads in bloom greet us each day. It is a natural water landscape.

Large deck on front that faces the water and large back yard great for games, grilling and more. 5 mins to downtown Windham with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping, and 30 minutes to downtown Portland. House is only rented weekly in the summer months (Fri-Fri).
