Beautifully finished cabin in the woods of Maine. Come ready to relax or be adventurous! Cabin has everything you need to nestle in and unwind from the every day beat. Have a campfire, take walks in the woods, or hike one of the many local trails. Borestone Mountain, Little Wilson Falls and Moosehead Lake are all close by. Lily Bay State Park & Peaks Kenney State Park with great beaches & hiking trails are about a 1/2 hour drive. Cabin is located on a quiet camp road along the Piscataquis River.

Best view on the Lake! 500' of frontage out on a point. Private boat launch and dock site available. Covered deck to watch the sunset. Outdoor firepit, as well as indoor gas insert. Propane grill on site. Plenty of parking available. In the winter, ideal location for snowmobiling and ice-fishing. Right on to the lake and then 4 locations to get on local/ITS trails. Great fishing 200’ from the porch. Once the ice is out, hit the black crappie and Smallies from the convenience of a private launch

A short path takes you down to the lake and a pebble stone beach to swim, use our 4 kayaks, soak in our 4 season outdoor hot tub, or just relax with a good book. New heat pumps to customize heating and cooling on both floors! Access both the snowmobile and ATV trails from the driveway! Plenty of parking for trailers for all of your powersport toys. The Beaver Cove Marina provides convenient access to launch your boat.

Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). 3 night minimum. Cottage is located at 32 Lake Avenue, Brownville, Maine 04414. Turn right at A.E. Roberson's convenience store in Brownville, Maine onto Church Street. Follow Church Street for 4.7 miles and turn right onto Schoodic Lake Road. Follow Schoodic Lake Road for Approx. 4 miles. Bear right after crossing the railroad tracks and 32 Lake Ave. will be on your left at our mail box.

The Boathouse Cottage is a cozy studio cottage with a deck overhanging Sebec Lake. Think elevated “glamping!” Studio has a queen bed w/linens, full futon and sitting area. Bathroom with shower includes towels. Kitchenette has dishes, utensils, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster oven (no stove). Furnished porch has tabletop Weber grill with fuel. Shared dock and fire pit. Owners onsite at adjacent camp. Peaceful lakeside setting perfect for relaxing getaways.

Perched above the Piscataquis River, this historic barn was beautifully renovated into a rustic luxury retreat. Two full stories plus a loft, with relaxing river views on all levels. Gourmet kitchen/dining area with a fireplace & a cozy yet spacious lounge upstairs. Enjoy the garden and patio overlooking the river or unwind in the luxurious copper soaking tub in the loft. Designed for a couple & perfect for romantic getaways, yet comfortable to sleep up to 4 guests.

Charming, Year Round Lake Front Camp

We grew up spending our summers on Sebec Lake, and there's a reason the state motto is 'The Way Life Should Be'. This camp is lake front property, with outdoor seating, dining and swimming steps from the back door. The spacious layout of the camp provides the perfect family friendly escape any time of the year! In the winter there is plenty of ice fishing and snowmobile trails in the area, so it's the perfect place to share time with family and friends year-round!

Canoodlin is the last point of land before the “big lake” and offers something for everyone with loon calls, fire pit, hammocks, hikes, fishing, canoeing, SUP, swimming and just taking in the beautiful sunset and views of Borestone from the well appointed, private cabin. Two master bedrooms, each with 1 king or 2 twin beds & its own full bathroom. Gas fireplace, kitchen with dishwasher, bbq & washer/dryer. Also included is fast wifi streaming, games and puzzles.
