Direct bus to NYC 1-min. away (45 min. ride), short walk to the train to NYC (35 min.), walking distance to Seton Hall, many restaurants and bars nearby in sweet South Orange NJ, movie theater and concert hall. I'm a professor, very sociable and I speak other languages (French, Italian, Spanish and some Mandarin). Parking on the driveway. Breakfast included, no cleaning fees. 2-night min. please.

Rustic decor in a serene quiet dead end. There is no smoking allowed in the home. The front porch and upstairs bedroom deck area is always lit up with chairs for you in the evening. There is a refrigerator, tea, and fresh coffee available in your room along with a fresh water dispenser. Conveniently located near the train station (25 min ride to NYC), 15 min from JFK Airport, food (Amazing Pizza, Chinese food, & Deli) & laundry service is up the block. No space shared

This's a family house with plenty of spaces that one would live in peace and harmony. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. It's very safe, cleaned, and organized. I would prefer someone that can maintain the place throughout his/her entire stay. Most importantly, a non smoker! My place is very to close Valley Stream, Floral Park and Jamaica train stations. And it's less than 10 minutes away from JFK airport by car without traffic.

This is a private room located on the 3rd floor where you can relax and be at peace. This room accommodates 2 guests and has a queen size bed. ($45 for first guest and $35 for 1 additional guest) No parties, gatherings or smoking in the units. There is one camera located in the common area and at the main entrance. NO SHOES INSIDE OF THE UNIT! IMPORTANT: UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE PREMISES AND NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED! ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!
