From this bright, cozy cottage with vaulted ceilings you will see and hear the ocean, watch the eagles soar overhead and see seals, otters and herons. Take a stroll for a coffee at one of the shops in Davis Bay, a 2-min. walk. Enjoy the stunning sunsets at night. We are on the Sunshine Coast Highway, with easy access to amenities. Sechelt is only 4 min. drive.

Minutes from downtown Sechelt, beaches and parks the year round mild climate offers a all-season recreation destination for hiking, biking, kayaking/canoeing, marine tours, air tours, swimming, fishing, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing The Sunshine coast is easily accessed by ferry (Horseshoe bay to Langdale) or air (Harbour Air) to the jewel of BC.

Designed for our most selective clientele, this elevated space located on the 3rd floor provides stunning panoramic vistas. Envision waking to the view and sound of the ocean from your king-size bed. The kitchenette includes a bar fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, sink, cutlery, dishes, and a dining area. Enjoy the outdoor patio with a gas fire table and seating that overlooks the ocean. The kitchenette in the suite is not equipped for full meal preparation. No pets or guests under 18.

Cozy oceanfront cabin the "Wright Spot"

Launch your kayak or paddle board steps from your door and explore some of the most beautiful waterfront in the world. Hiking and mountain biking trails are minutes away or just unwind and take in the incredible sunsets. Keep an eye out for local wildlife—orcas, humpback whales, otters, seals, sea lions, and eagles are often spotted right out front. Our small, cozy cabin is full of retro, funky details and has a small kitchen area. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away.

The Seaside Retreat on Redrooffs

Get cozy and settle in to our modern farmhouse converted barn! Very private and sweet, this retreat has everything you will need for your stay. There is a queen size bed and a pull out sofa. There is a full kitchen, bathroom, washer and dryer, and a patio to relax on. We have a family of deer that live on the property, and during the summer you will see some of the babies walking around. We are a few minutes from Sargents Bay Provincial Park and about a 5 minute drive to Coopers Green.

Relax by the fire pit on a private deck. Fantastic views of ocean, mountains, and lush green fields! Amazing stargazing here. Abundant wildlife - elk, eagles, bird watching. It's Paradise!

Bench 170

Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.

The Hideout

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.

The large sprawling deck allows you to peacefully soak in the views of the Sechelt Inlet. Or take a moment or three to appreciate the large arbutus tree etched across your sight line. Our place is easy to find, but hard to forget.
