From this bright, cozy cottage with vaulted ceilings you will see and hear the ocean, watch the eagles soar overhead and see seals, otters and herons. Take a stroll for a coffee at one of the shops in Davis Bay, a 2-min. walk. Enjoy the stunning sunsets at night. We are on the Sunshine Coast Highway, with easy access to amenities. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

This unique tree-top cottage is located 110 steps into the clouds at the end of the road in the quiet village of Tuwanek. Welcome to Bench 170. You will enjoy the very private entire upper floor and use of the yard as guest space. This house is a West Coast Modern built in 2012. A delight for architect enthusiasts and art lovers alike as it was a venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for several years. There is a public beach access directly adjacent to the property that takes you down to a cobble stone beach looking west to the Georgia Strait. Please refer to Policy and Rules for pets.
