Self contained apartment situated on a working Farm in Killington. 10 minute drive from M6 Junction 37. 4.5 miles from Sedbergh and 6.6 miles from Kirkby Lonsdale. Both of which have multiple pubs, restaurants and small shops. Perfect location for scenic walks, bike rides and visits to the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks. Parking spaces for two vehicles along with an outside seating area. Self catering fully equipped Kitchen. Double bed with bedding and towels provided. No pets.

South facing garden, with 3 double bedrooms over two floors, two bathrooms on first floor. Walking distance to Main Street with restaurants and pubs, post office, cash point and tourist information. Excellent butcher and green grocer, as well as other independent shops. Great walks and bike trails. Winder Fell is easily accessible at the end of Bainbridge Road Turning left up Joss Lane Cricket matches during the summer and the famous Wilson run every March There is no access to washing machine

Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is a place to rest and unwind, to wander and sit in a garden full of wildlife, to gaze at the ever-changing views. It's 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Riflemans Arms

The Annex; idyllic getaway for fell walking

A self contained studio annexe within our family home just on the outskirts of Sedbergh. You will have your own entrance and use of an outside space with table and chairs. The parking area provides direct access into the annex with a full kitchen, with a compact dining table with chairs and shower room. A king size bed for your comfort with a comfortable chair to relax in. There is underfloor heating throughout and an electric towel rail in the bathroom. A welcome pack is provided.
