A ground floor spacious room including an en suite bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. There is a spacious lounge/dining area opening onto an outdoor patio in the large garden with lovely mountain views. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Outside you will find a braai at the outdoor patio area in the large walled garden. Offering free secure private parking with electronic gates & Free Wifi. This two bedroom self catering flat is light & airy, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac only 15 meters from the Swart vlei Estuary. Inverter connected /no loadshedding. Sleeper couch in lounge for alternative or extra guests. The flat has it's own entrance,with single parking. Extra parking available.
