Lakeside Barn is a newly refurbished luxury modern one bedroom barn conversion. It has retained it's original charming features such as high ceilings and beams. Lakeside Barn consists of an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which leads onto spacious double bedroom and modern stylish bathroom. The floor is tiled throughout with cosy underfloor heating. Surrounding the barn there is a large patio area overlooking our beautiful lake with stunning panoramic views of the Somerset countryside.

Outside decking area with seating and BBQ/firepit. Set next to fishing the lake in secluded area. Wild life watching, relaxing. Set on our small holding with ducks, geese and chickens roaming free. We are easy to find on the A377 between Barnstaple and Exeter, and walking distance to Eggesford Train Station.

A beautiful two bed house with garden and off street parking in an excellent location in Poole Dorset. The property features a new luxury bathroom installed in June 2021. There is an additional double sofa bed in the second living room. The property is moments from popular Ashley Cross with its bustling bars and restaurants and only a five minute drive to the award winning beaches of Sandbanks and Branksome Chine. Guests also have the open spaces of Poole Park only 5 minutes walk away.
