The apartment was newly built, 2021.The apartment is in a block,connected to a family house.. It has two floors with a separate entrance. Guests can use a part of the garden in front of the apartment with a table and chairs. Atractive beach with plenty things to do is 2 minutes . The apartment you can enjoy and relax, and if you want any other activity ,its near by .Trogir is a 15 minute walk and there is a boat every 10 minutes .Enjoy the sun and the Adriatic sea in an attractive location ''.

Villa Marella is an old stone house in a row which is a saddle of two apartments, one is a two bedroom, laid on the floor and another with one bedroom located on the ground floor. Apartments Sea are situated on a perfect location nearby Trogir, right on the beach, with the best view on the beautiful Adriatic sea and Islands. It's peacefull and quiet area. In front of the house is 3 kilometres long seaside promenade, which contains friendly hosts and healthy food in a small Mediterranean restaurants.Both apartments are with great location and very easy access to Trogir (beautiful old town with large selection of reasonably priced restaurants) and Split via boat taxis.

Brand new apt with terrace and seaview°near Trogir

Our apartment is brand new. It is situated in our familly house, located in a quiet area of Seget Donji, 2 km from town of Trogir. It is newly renovated, spacious airy and bright, airconditioned. Everything in it is brand new. It has two bedrooms (beds 160x 200). One of them has its private bathroom with walk in shower, and TV set. Living and dining area with kitchen have access to terrace. The parking space is on our property. The nearest beach (Seget Donji) is 10 minutes by walk.

Small Room, Amazing View, 2.5km to Trogir old town

The small room is located on the top floor & offers very nice views over the bay of Trogir. You can even see Split in the distance, with Mosor mountain behind it. The Room is perfect for 2 people. Other features of the room are: small Kitchenette, AC, 1 small Bathroom and a 43inch Smart TV with Netflix option, etc. You can see directly out to the sea while laying down on the bed (180cm x 200cm). The balcony has a nice size. There is a table with 2 chairs and 1 deck chair for tanning.

Holiday apartment first floor

The apartment is bright and spacious offering a modern interior and a seaview. It includes a spacious balcony. The nearby beach is only a 2-3 minutes walk away. Enquiries can be made in German and Croatian on site. The airport is located in Split just 7km away from the apartment. Interesting destination for day excursions and watersports opportunities are within close reach. A variety of restaurants are at at your disposal.
