Karst house - apartment is located in the village of Nova vas. Typical karst countryside offers relax and sport activities in the nature, great cycling and hiking routes. Vacation for families and for those who wants to explore nature and history. The location is along the Italian border so you can visit Slovenian and Italian places which are accessible within an hour's drive: Soča river, Lipica, Postojnska and Škocjanska cave, Goriška Brda (wine region), Piran, Sistiana, Trieste, Grado, Venice.

in una zona molto tranquilla ma a 5 minuti dal centro città, offriamo ospitalità in un intero appartamento autonomo con un ampio giardino esterno con parcheggio privato. Ampia zona giorno con cucina e soggiorno, una camera matrimoniale, bagno con ampia doccia, palestra e lavanderia. La cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: lavastoviglie, forno, frigo, piano cottura, microonde, bollitore, stoviglie... Il giardino ha diversi alberi anche da frutto e orto, di cui gli ospiti possono usufruire.

Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The apartment is located in a peaceful village surrounded by nature, right on the border with Italy. Guests can enjoy a scenic half-hour walk to a nearby hill with stunning views of the sea and the Alps. The famous Goriška Brda wine region is just minutes away, offering excellent wineries, wine tastings, restaurants, and traditional taverns. Popular attractions are also Lipizzaner horses, Postojna cave and thanks to the prime border location, day trips to Venice, Trieste and Udine.

La casa, completamente ristrutturata nel 2018, si propone come un alloggio speciale per giovani coppie, famiglie con figli. L'alloggio, situato tra il mare ed il Carso, offre non solo momenti di divertimento e relax al mare (situato a 5 minuti di auto e 25 minuti a piedi in discesa e 40 in salita), ma pure la possibilità di compiere lunghe passeggiate, gite in bici e, naturalmente, di visitare tante attrazioni turistiche. My house, a farm, is located at the end of a small village, right on the Slovenian Italian border, overlooking the fields and surrounding forests and stables with 17 Lipizzaner horses (+5 cats). I offer the left wing of the house (I live separately in the right wing) to nature lovers and those who want to explore Kras, the nearby seaside, the Soča valley, Brda near Nova Gorica or even an hour drive away Venice. It is beautiful around here.
