This apartment with a million dollar view is located on the shiny west coast promenade, in the vicinity of the most popular restaurants. It's a short stroll to Diocletian's Palace and the old town. Nearby Marjan hill, the most popular place to escape from the hustle and bustle of the city is ideal place for walking jogging or cycling. In the forest along the beach paths you can stop anywhere for a swim. Bus/train/ferry port are only 15 minutes walk. There is a grocery store in the same building.

Remote holiday home directly by the sea!

Charming house right by the beach, only 10 m from the sea! You have a big own sun deck where you can moor your boat and with that a stunning south-facing view. The house is an Eco-house with solar cells for electricity and a water tank, but with all modern facilities, hotel standard with warm water and with Wi-Fi. Bedroom for 2, kitchen/living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Several large terraces, one of 40 sq. with a roof and a large, walled grill/ fireplace. Absolutely private location!

Vanjska natkrivena terasa sa stolom za ručavanje + terasa za sunčanje . Jedna soba s velikim bračnim krevetom i jedna soba sa dva single/ odvojena kreveta . Apartman je udaljen samo 50 m od mora. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.
