Very spacious apartment with terrace and yard

The 75m apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious living room with a kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms and a free parking space. If necessary, it is possible to add a baby cot. It is possible to park bicycles in a closed garage that is shared. The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, as shown in the photos. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary facilities: coffee machine, kettle, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, dishes, kitchen towels. The apartment has a covered terrace with furniture for sitting and dining and a fenced mini yard with furniture for relaxing. The washing machine is located in the garage of the building, and the guest is provided with a key to access the garage.

Apartman 4 nalazi se na katu Ville Silver, sa pogledom na more i planinu. Gostima su na raspolaganju dvije spavaće sobe, veliki dnevni boravak sa TV-om, sa satelitskim programima, besplatan wifi. Kuhinja potpuno opremljena sa mikrovalnom, kuhalom, aparatom za kavu,tosterom, perilicom suđa. Gosti imaju na raspolaganju dva kupatila. Apartman ima dva balkona, od kojih je jedan veliki, sa vrtnim namještaje, ležaljkama, vanjskim tušem i kaminom. Parking je besplatan. Objekt je klimatiziran.

U sklopu apartmana, koji se nalazi na prvom katu kuće, imate besplatan parking, roštilj, te trampolin i ljuljačku za djecu. Apartman je kompletno novoopremljen. Posjeduje klimu u svakoj sobi te u dnevnom boravku . Ima dvije terase od kojih jedna ima pogled na more, druga na nacionalni park. Apartman također posjeduje perilicu rublja i perilicu posuđa. Pješčana plaža je udaljena 600 metara.

Apartman se nalazi na vrlo mirnoj lokaciji (slijepa ulica) okružen zelenilom te je smješten 500 metara od ulaza u nacionalni park i 500 metara od najbliže plaže. Do centra mjesta je potrebno 15 min hoda a do najbližeg dućana 5 min. Ap is located in a very quiet area sorounded with vegetation. The distance from the entrance to NP Paklenica and the nearest beach is 500 m. The centre is 15 min walking distance and the nearest grocery store is 5 min walking distance.

Comfy place for 2 with mountain view

My place is located in Starigrad Paklenica, on quiet location but close to all necessary facilities ( restaurants, cafes, supermarket, atm...). You can spend relaxing holiday but if you are an adventure person there are numerous possibilities: climbing, hiking, cycling, water sports.. Paklenica NP is 1,2 km from the house. Nearest beach is just few minutes walking from the house. The apartment is an ideal place to stay for couples or single travelers.

Pronto Apartment Vinjerac

The Pronto Apartment, first time opened for tourists in June 2017, situated 20 meters from the seaside, liberates you from carrying bathing gear to the beach. The price includes a kayak, standing paddling board, two beach chairs and a beach umbrella, Wi-Fi, satelite TV and parking inside the house yard. The position of the apartment is suitable for scuba diving, mountain cycling, motor cycling, and other sports related to the sea and mountain.
