The house sleeps 8 people with 4 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. Direct access off the rear terrace to the beach Every convenience available to you with an extremely well equipped kitchen. The property is equipped with televisions in the sitting room & master bedroom. Netflix/Prime available-you’ll need your login details to your accounts. Lovely ensuite to the large master bedroom & a further two bedrooms + family bathroom & a fabulous bedroom upstairs. Check out my guide book for things to do.

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Beautiful and spacious Shepherd’s Hut with kitchenette, en-suite shower & toilet. 1 minute walk to Bracklesham Bay beach. Off-street parking on drive. Close to shops and cafes and a 5 minute drive to the beautiful sandy beach at West Wittering. Historic Chichester, the South Downs and Goodwood are a short drive. Warm and well-insulated with radiators for cold weather. TV with Netflix You can watch stunning sunsets on the beach and then come back to fall asleep to the sound of the waves.

"Snuggledown" in this cosy self catering suite, situated at the end of a small, quiet, private cul-de-sac, yet in the heart of Felpham village with its varied shops, take aways and pubs etc. The beach and Butlins are approximately 10 minutes walk away. The room consists of a king-size bed, seating area with smart TV, wardrobe and kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave, and mini fridge. Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). Converted loft with kingsized mattress accessed by electric staircase, fully sprung kingsized sofa bed in lounge area. The deck includes BBQ, sunken seating area, fire pit, pontoon, and slipway for launching small boats, canoes, paddle boards and paddling. Its a great spot to watch visiting birds in Autumn/Winter. This is a pet free property and creek is tidal.

The Cabin is a self-contained detached annex on a quiet no-through road, with only a 50 metres walk along our road to the beach. The Cabin has its own private courtyard, complete with outside heated shower. With 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 set of adult sized bunks but limited headroom. The Cabin is delightfully styled with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, bar dining and lounge area. Sorry no pets. The owners live onsite in the main house. Fantastic for beach lovers and walkers.
