Our beautiful 3 bedroom, detached townhouse is just 350 metres away from the beach. The location is in the heart of Southsea and all it has to offer including being on the doorstep of Victorious Festival every August and The Great South Run every October. The living room is a lovely social area with TV/stereo plus Xbox / PlayStation plus board games and books. The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!

Great for a peaceful & relaxed group or family break (not suitable for stag/hen do’s/party groups unfortunately).

Seal Bay is a beach resort, a newly refurbished holiday park with an endless amount of activities + amenities. Our caravan is located on west sands, close to the beach, entertainment + complex, yet set back enough to relax on the decking. It will be clean + equipped with everything you need for a self catering staycation. Entertainment passes are purchased in addition prices vary on/off peak, how will be provided. Bed linen is provided and towels please bring own beach towels

The Cottage at The Dene - With Goodwood Healthclub

We have now completed a major renovation of the cottage and are taking bookings. The cottage combines chic luxury with a country touch, and provides a private location close to the amenities of Roman Chichester, Arundel with its impressive castle and quaint shops, and the facilities of the Goodwood estate.
