Deer View Lodge

Relax with the whole family or friends at Deer View Lodge. Deer View Lodge provides newly refurbished 2 bedroom accommodation with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom accessible via the double bedroom (the twin beds can be moved to create a double). There is a fully equipped kitchen including dining table for 6, shower room with double shower, lounge with a sofa bed and comfortable seating. There is an outside courtyard with BBQ and seating and also a pontoon overlooking the local countryside.

Small perfectly formed Studio

Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

Fisher Dairy offers high quality self catering accommodation in a converted Sussex barn on a quiet working farm south of Chichester, West Sussex, it is all on one floor with under floor heating, an open plan living area with a wood burner, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms and family bathroom. The middle floor has a large double aspect lounge (sofa bed located here) with two balconies, facing east and west. The ground floor has a large kitchen leading to a secure paved/decked garden through bifold doors, a cloakroom and a bedroom with en-suite. The top floor has two further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Ideal for relaxed family and friend get togethers. A comfortable home from home.

You have allocated off road parking and free wifi. Located in a quiet road between Arundel(6mls) Chichester(7mls) Bognor Regis(5mls) Goodwood(8mls) Beaches(6mls) Fontwell racecourse(1.5mls). The lovely N.Trust village of Slindon, gateway to miles of beautiful South Downs National Park walking and cycling routes, is only 6 minutes away

7 Bedroom Seaside Family Beach Retreat Sleeps 15

A comfortable and spacious family house suitable for all ages. The house is very child friendly with plenty of toys and games, and a ground floor bedroom for less mobile guests. The large garden is a real feature and just at the end of the drive is the lovely East Beach. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept bookings from ANY adult only groups such as Stag, Hen, party / celebrations due to recent complaints. Spacious Selfcontained rm+ensuite 1 min walk-BEACH

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. Own entrance, parking on driveway in front of front doors. A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property. Self contained single level accommodation, under a mile from the coast (7 min walk to village, plus 8 mins to the sea) The Annex has a large bedroom, bathroom plus lounge, which contains a kitchenette space Patio doors overlooks own patio area & shared rear garden.
