Our house is near to the center of Reykjavik (8 min by car) but in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to a wonderful public swimming pool, grocery store and close to the sea and unspoiled nature good for taking scenic walks by the sea. A favorite spot to watch the northern lights. For the summer: There is a 9 hole golf course by the sea in a 1 min driving distance from our house. For the winter: Enjoy the northern lights from the hot tub on the private back terrace. 1 min walk to bus stop.

Only 1 min walking distance to the beach, 3 min walk to the store, 10 min walking to an amazing swimming pool, food store and coffee house and 25 min walk to downtown centre. Bus is one block away if you need to take one. Very peaceful and centrally-located place with an amazing view over the ocean.
