One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Newly opened in winter 2025, the apartment "Cir" is located on the ground floor of Apartments Villa Stefania. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Ski slopes, hiking and cycling paths as well as supermarkets, bus stops and cable cars are within easy walking distance. Ideal for 4 guests, plus 2 more on a sofa bed. Two double beds available. A friendly dog and two cats live on site (dog can be leashed if needed). Quiet location, perfect starting point for hiking, biking and skiing around Brixen.

This spacious apartment is located 400 meters from the center of Ortisei, in an ideal position for hiking, walking and for reaching the ski slopes. Supermarkets, shops, public swimming pool, central square, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, Gardena museum, can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
