River Heights is a spacious, stylish 3 bedroom villa outside of Glen Tunnel. Enjoy the peace of the serene Malvern Hills and the beauty of the Selwyn river. In summer you can enjoy the outdoor dining area, complete with a bbq and covered awning. In the winter you can relax in front of the large log fire. The master bedroom enjoys access to the front porch and has double country doors with bug screens. We have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry so you can make yourself at home on your travels.

A very tidy house with a beautiful garden is located on a quit and secure area. Specious car parking for campervans. It only takes 8mins drive to airport, 2mins drive to Avonhead shopping mall, countdown supermarket, and petrol station, 5mins drive to churchcorner with many restaurants, 5mins drive to University of Canterbury, 15mins drive to botany garden and city center. Fully facilities provided, guarantee warmth and cosy in all the time. Fire place only provided in winter time.

Private, secluded 100 + year old cottage located on the city fringe. Surrounded by mature trees just 27 mins drive to CHC Airport or 22 mins to CBD Please note : 1. While we don't have network cellular coverage, mobile calls can be made and received through our high speed internet with a technology called wifi calling. We will have easy instructions for you to enable this during your stay 2. There is a limited kitchen however there is Uber Eats available
