C'è uno spazioso e luminoso balcone posto a sud-est . il riscaldamento è garantito da serpentine a pavimento e dispone di un condizionatore per il raffrescamento solo nella zona giorno.

Il nostro appartamento è adatto a 2 persone e ad 1 bambino, si trova al pianterreno di una casa ristrutturata nel 2021 in centro, nel quartiere di Bellinzona. A 15 minuti dall’uscita autostradale di Bellinzona Nord/Sud ed è raggiungibile anche comodamente con i mezzi pubblici (stazione di Bellinzona a pochi km e a 3’ dalla fermata dall'autobusus).
