Its 17 min to the beach, 1.5 millas to Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, 12 min to Hard Rock Stadium, 15 min to the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, and it’s very closed to the markets like Publix, Costco, BJ’s, Walmart Super-center etc. It’s close to the Turnpike expressways and I95, it has very easy access.
