The full-sized kitchen is well equipped and offers extra touches to make your short or long stay comfortable. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a small fee. Plenty of wood work and a gorgeous stone fireplace in the center of the living room. The house is located only 2m from a boat launch on the Allegheny River, yet just 10m from WalMart. Come enjoy a peaceful stay in the great outdoors! Hiking, fishing, bike riding and more! If you're looking for serenity, this is it!

Cheerful 3 bedroom cottage on the Allegheny River

We built the summer cottage in 2006, for a summer home stayed on. We lived in the cottage 8 years when we wanted a bigger house. We love it year around. We are isolated with 3 neighbors (not close) and the river at our front door. Good boating, kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, fishing, swimming , hiking, bird watching (with a eagle nest across the river). December through February, it is best if you come with 4 wheel drive. Having said that , we keep the road plowed and the hill sanded.

Beautiful sunsets, relaxing atmosphere, and plenty of open space. Just a few miles outside of Titusville, this newly renovated one bedroom home offers a peaceful place to stay. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a king bed, and a pullout sofa in the living room. A fire pit, firewood, and six Adirondack chairs are available for use in a private area behind the house. There is a large backyard with trails through the woods and around the field for guests to explore.
