A well cared for three bedroom two bath home in a botanical garden setting. The hand built home is roomy and full of light. One bedroom is downstairs. There is a deck upstairs off the master bedroom. Downstairs has stone floor and a wood burning stove. The gardens are full of flowers now very nice to sit and relax. There is private beach access and miles of magical forest to hike in with your dogs. Very close to the Olympic Discovery Trail, this home is perfect for those coming to ride the trail

Our Cozy Home is nestled between Sequim and Port Angeles, WA. It is a short walk to the bluff or the Discovery Trail, and minutes to Lavender Farms. The location is convenient to visit Dungeness Spit for a hike, Hurricane Ridge, or venture west to the coast and have a cozy place to rest your head when you get back. You can also relax and enjoy the deck which has an amazing view of Vancouver Island and the Strait of Juan de Fuca and just watch the ships cruise by. (Note: no direct water access).

The unit is located close to the John Wayne Marina, the Olympic Discovery Trail, lavender farms and downtown Sequim. The Olympic National Park and the ferry to Victoria, BC is just a short drive away.

Our cozy country retreat is a 700 sq ft, 1 king bed, 1 bathroom house above a garage on 5 acres at the foothills of the Olympic Mountains. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountain valley and wildlife sighting from the deck or hot tub. 15 minutes to Sequim, 35 minutes to Port Angeles, and 40 minutes to Port Townsend. So close to these towns but a world away. The entrance staircase has 13 steps. No cell reception for most carriers but we have strong starlink wifi.

Waterfront home with a private hiking trail to the beach. Secluded and private with many nature trails to explore and enjoy on the property. Spot bald eagles perched in the trees. Watch the deer and small wildlife that visit the yard. See ships in the shipping lanes and view marine wildlife such as seals, otters, and occasional whales, along with a variety of birds.
