The Studio

The Studio is a very private guest house created from a former art studio, elegantly furnished with a country flair. Located in a farm area, this is a perfect getaway location - convenient to lavender farms, beaches, and mountains, yet less than 10 minutes from downtown Sequim. The property features a private gated entrance, mountain view, fenced and landscaped yard, and ample parking. A bank of Cypress trees provides afternoon shade, and there is a fireplace to cozy up to on chilly evenings.

With three large bedrooms including a kiddo-friendly bunk bed and two big living rooms, there's plenty of space for the whole family. Very reliable high speed internet (250Gps) means you can work here too!

Magnificent view of the Olympic Mountains! Unique and stylish 1951 Burlington Northern caboose. Fully remodeled to accommodate 4 people comfortably with one bedroom and a hide a bed sofa. The cupola has a futon and spectacular views. Located on a gated private air strip. Beautiful neighborhood directly across the street from the Dungeness River, close to the Olympic Game Farm and less than 10 minutes from downtown. Twenty first century conveniences in a 20th century caboose.

Enjoy a stay in this historical 1909 farmhouse, which has been updated with modern amenities while still maintaining turn of the century ambiance. The house features a well appointed kitchen and dining area, comfortable sitting room, entertainment area and lots of sleeping space. Very close to the Olympic Discovery Trails, Sequim Bay State Park and Marina, Dungeness National Wildlife Refuge, Dungeness River Audubon Center and Railroad Bridge Park. The Olympic National Park, Hurricane Ridge and Deer Park are close enough for day trips and Neah Bay and the coast are approximately 2 hours away.
